Change “Non-conformant” for the AICC section to “Non-SCORM or AICC”; Non-conformant is incorrect as AICC is conformant and if it wasn’t AICC or SCORM (html-based) it wouldn’t be “non-conformant

Changed section header to "AICC or Non-SCORM". Non-SCORM or AICC sounded as if it 'non-' also applied to AICC.
