Added Plot Generation for Axial Flux and Normalized Flux Energy Spectrum #31

Added code to generate a plot of Axial Flux in the core from the "Axial Flux Tally" tally. Also added a semilog plot of normalized flux vs energy to show the fission spectrum in the core. This plot isn't really anything special, but is a good check to make sure things are behaving the way they should.
