adds materials required for geometry currently present in main, based on Schnitzler Small Reactor Designs Suitable for Direct Nuclear Thermal Propulsion: Interim Report 2012 and Taub Review of fuel element development for nuclear rocket engines 1975. Pyne is used to mix the materials and export to materials.xml for use in OpenMC. Closes #2
