Clean up references to "NREL" #5

Request: clean up references to NREL in documentation and web interface. For example, the footer contains a "Need Help?" link to NREL webmaster. The Help pages refer to "the Databus Server" at databus.nrel.gov. I expect some references to remain, for example, something in the footer like: "Databus was developed at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory" and a link to the NREL Databus. [Priority: 3 low]

done and reworked the footer now looking more like a community project with multiple contributors as well.
