After upgrading to Alfred 5 the plugin does not work anymore. Tried reinstalling and resetting up.

Dropbox v166 also have some issues with Alfred configuration.

Any ideas? Have to switch back to Safari 🤪

Same here, Alfred 5 with macOS12.6 and Firefox110.0.

Can't register Firefox extension.

@0ptimista I had to reset the Spotlight search indexing to root for it to work again, strange bug.

Mine is Firefox extension can't connect to the workflow. Any ideas?

ollyde commented 1 year ago

@0ptimista that was the fix to get the extension to connect to the workflow.

How you reset Spotlight to root? Run this command in Terminal? mdimport -r /

I have tried General->Spotlight->Privacy->Add my entire disk ->Quit ->Reopen and remove my disk from Privacy. It still not working.

Make sure to exclude "Folders in home" and macOS folder since it's already included. This fixes the Firefox issue for me.

Re-add the root dir in Search Scope, still doen't work for me 😂

@0ptimista dam. Sorry bud. I wish they would add Firefox support in Alfred.

0ptimista commented 1 year ago

It's Ok bro. I guess I may use a workaround for now: import thoses bookmarks to Safari.

And thanks for your kindly reply. :)

@0ptimista I actually started using Safari, Firefox was crashing on YouTube and other sites :-| The adaptive layout looks sick in Safari 🕺🏿

I've integrated this workflow seamlessly into my routine with Alfred 5 and Mac Sonoma. Awesome workflow with great documentation ❤️
