Basically, no.

Their Mac desktop app, for whatever reason, doesn't support the standard mailto: protocol that every email client worth using supports
The website doesn't export a mailto: handler in supported browsers (e.g. Chrome)
There is no obvious URL you can call to compose a new message that could be used to to implement a standards-compliant application with Fluid.app.

It's possible that the last option might work. I didn't spend much poking around the website.

You should probably take it up with the Front team.

An email application that doesn't support the mailto: protocol is, shall we say, very unusual…
