Add support for defaultNameOrdering #6

Contacts.app has a "General" preference to "Show First Name" > "Following last name". This PR is to support that accordingly. Please kindly approve! :)

That's a good point. Not sure about the other asian languages, Chinese name won't have a comma, even no whitespace, in the middle. But like German, English names, I do find it's common to use "Last Name, First Name".

Contacts.app seems don't care about the comma no matter in which order.
