Update notes and attachments id #48

Fix: #29

Zotero has added a bunch of new items therefore the item id has been changed. Here is the new items id list from the database:

Seems like a logical change. PhilHem confirmed it worked for them to address https://github.com/deanishe/zothero/issues/29.

Can we get this merged?
