Avoid dependency on SP package #1

I'm trying to llok for an example of semivariogram calculation (an d plotting) avoinding the use of sp package, any idea?

Hi there. Last year I released an updated version of pkern as snapKrig. It has semivariogram estimation/plotting functions and no sp dependency. For variogram based analysis, I would also recommend checking out gstat, fields, and spatial.
