This pulls in the history from bitcore-p2p-cash repository, which can help for porting bugfixes and whatnot. I also included a commit made by @baryon in their more recent fork of this repository, which looked worthwhile. The changes visible are only from that commit. Everything else is just history addition. Sorry for including that commit ... my priority atm is just getting things running and sorting out the history was hard.
