What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.using the newest version of the steam limiter and when downloading any steam
game (multiple have been trialed) the download opens connections to a decent
speed and then immediately drops to zero and remains so for around a minute
before repoening another connection which again closes and speed drops to zero
ad infinitum.
2. When steam limiter is not active steam will connect to servers and download
fine. Unfortunately these include non internode approved IPs.
3. Installing an old version of the limiter (0.7.0.2) the issue does not occur
and steam will connect to internode approved IP adresses (as seen using tcp
view)
It appears that steam will attempt to connect to internode servers but these
connections are immediately terminated as seen through tcpview. The limiter
works in the sense that steam does not attempt to connect to non internode
servers.
Using Windows 7
