Similar to Health Directives in the US, the owner of the digital estate may wish to designate individus with specific authorities in event of incapacity or death. These may be specific individuals with specific authorities over all or some aspects of a digital estate, such as next of kin, guardians for children, etc. What is the nomenclature and roles required?
