Backwards compatibility

As a designer, who uses Pivots in his dashboards that were created prior to Sisense 6.6, I would like my Pivots to automatically be upgraded to the enhanced Pivot, so I will be able to enjoy the performance improvements and the new functionality while preserving my existing settings and with no manual migration or work from my hand.

plugins should not be backward compatible, but the model should be in case of switching between the old pivot and the new one
