Add image indicator to Pivot cell #33

As a designer, I want to use "indicator" images to visualize a cell value, so that it will be easy to consume the column's data and the end user will be able to quickly identify the values

How does the user add an image? are the images pre-defined or can he upload?

Kotev says it's predefined set of images and should behave like conditional formatting
