Support clickable URL links in a pivot's column #39

As a designer, I want to provide the clickable URL links in my Pivot, so the Pivot consumers will be able to easily click and referred to either internal or external web resources for further information regarding a certain element.

Arik Wasserman wants: 1) clickable url (regular) 2) clickable url field with href from another field 3) clickable url with href prefix and suffix of static or another field
