Description: Section 3.1: what is "the user name found in the certificate"? that wasn't a defined term - shouldn't it be? Where is it in the cert? is there just one user name per cert/user/device?

Notes: Add reference to SubjectAltName in 11.3. Clarify that each cert may have one node name and one user name. Fix case-format consistency on userName or user name.

user name is now defined in the terminology section (through the User definition). Can be closed.
