Description: Section 3.6: Does the HTTPS connection here need a reference to 6125? If not, then is the overlay name supposed to be in the server cert? If not, then how do I know I've been sent to the right place?

Notes: 11.2 clarifies, adding forward reference fixes.

We already have a pending commit that replace RFC 2818 with RFC 6125. Should be closed.
