Description: Section 5.4.1: Has anyone specified a topology plugin other than the MTI one from here? I'm wondering if the list here is really complete and doable. (It'd be easy to get this wrong.)

Notes: 6.4.1 There's a flat-space non-DHT plugin in draft-peng-p2psip-one-hop-plugin. We can add an informative reference.

Well, Peng's draft expired yesterday. Added a reference anyhow.
