Description: Section 5.1.2: "likely to be responsible" is very wooly, as is "consults" the routing table.

Notes: 6.1.2. Change "then it SHOULD forward the message to that peer directly. Otherwise, the peer consults the routing table to forward the message." to "then it forwards the message to that peer directly. Otherwise, the peer uses the routing table as defined by the topology plugin to forward the message."

I'm thinking these have already been fixed.
