Description: (6) section 5.4.2.1: This doesn't say that the JoinAns MUST come from the peer to which the Join was sent. I think that's needed.

Notes: 5.4.2.1 Text says "Joining nodes MUST verify that the signature on the JoinAns message matches the expected target". Add "(i.e., the peer to which the Join was sent)"
