Description: - Section 5.1.2 [6.1.2]: -- Paragraphs 5, 6, 7 and 8 need to be reworded to have normative statements. [this is paragraphs starting with "Intermediate peers..." until "..the same path."]

Notes: Will fix text.

After reading again the current text in -base-23, I do not think that there is any need for additional normative text.
