• 3rd para: "is performed" -> "MUST be performed".
• 3rd para: Bullets need to be modified to normative.
• 4th para: "the certificate contains" -> "the certificate MUST contain"
• para after 2nd set of bullets: needs normative language.
• 2nd para after 2nd set of bullets: "The node then reads…" -> "The node MUST then use…"
