Description: Section 5.5 [6.5]: It would be helpful to highlight that foundation, priority and type are based on ICE, in particular since ICE is not discussed until the subsequent section - e.g., "the foundation production" -> "the ICE foundation production".

Notes: Will modifies the foundation, priority, type, rel_addr_port and extensions definitions in 6.5.1.1 as suggested

Comment from Cullen: Is this correct? Comment from MPH: Well there is no OverlayLinkType production in ICE (RFC 5245 section 15.10). The beginning of the list states that "Each ICE candidate is represented as an IceCandidate structure, which is a direct translation of the information from the ICE string structure." Comment from Cullen: But the OverlayLinkType is defined in this draft as enum { reservedOverlayLink(0), DTLS-UDP-SR(1), DTLS-UDP-SR-NO-ICE(3), TLS-TCP-FH-NO-ICE(4), (255) } OverlayLinkType;

We might need some text about the enum values maps to the ICE RFCs but I don't think change proposed here is right.
