FullTilt hand history writer unit test fails #31

The unit test fails because of a problem with the timezone in the generated 
FullTilt history file:

On my computer:

Full Tilt Poker Game #1111: Table OpenTestBed - $0.01/$0.02 - No Limit Hold'em 
- 12:00:00 CET - 2000/01/01

Expected:

Full Tilt Poker Game #1111: Table OpenTestBed - $0.01/$0.02 - No Limit Hold'em 
- 12:00:00 MEZ - 2000/01/01

I'm not sure if it is better to fix the test or the way the date is formatted.
