Looks like the webscript issued and invalid xpath. Would be helpful to know how to reproduce. The xpath expression mostly depends on the filtering.

Actually I have uploaded custom datalist model and when I did filter without putting any value in fields. I pressed Apply filter button and got above error.

I am sorry, but I cannot reproduce this issue with the default datalists, so it seems to be an issue with your code.
