Bug Minor - The Grappled, Paralyzed, Stunned and Unconscious conditions on the "Conditions (D&D5e)" compendium not have the text part #231

Describe the bug

The following is the description for the "Grappled" condition, but i verified for these list of conditions:

When using the "Links conditions to status icons" of the "Enable Enhanced Conditions" feature of Cub it's work all fine, but i noticed when i click on the "Grappled" condition there is only the image not the text part.

So i checkout the compnedium and it's seem there is only the image part.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Compendium packs'
  2. Click on 'Conditions (D&D5e)' compendium of CUB
  3. Scroll down to 'Grappled' condition
  4. Click on 'Grappled' condition and you see there is only the image part of the journal entry

Expected behavior

The journal entry should have either the image part and the text part.
