[PF2e] Add item track functionality to strikes

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The 'problem' right now is that, with the Pathfinder 2e system, Item Tracks only work when printing an item. So when you use a Strike it will not actually play that item track even if the item itself has the item track set up.

Describe the solution you'd like The solution would be to talk with the pf2e devs to create a hook that tells Maestro that a strike being printed is tied to an item and then check for that item's Item Track and play it.

Currently item track scope is when an item is "rolled" to chat. Perhaps in the future I can address what you're asking for.
