[v9 235] Cannot assign item tracks

Describe the bug In v9, it is not possible to assign item tracks via the titlebar in item sheets.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create an item or open a pre-existing item
2. Click on "Item Track"
3. See error
