[V9 Compat] Unable to Assign Combat or Hype Tracks

Describe the bug When attempting to select a playlist or track, the dialogue tosses you back to the default selection; there doesn't appear to be console errors for this, so it may be an HMTL/Css issue.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open the dialogue for hype or combat tracks.
2. Attempt to assign a playlist; the playlist just deselects and goes back to the default option.
3. You can't select an individual track either.

Expected behavior Should let you pick a track or playlist for either dialogue.
