Current restrictions

No cbmem. If you try to pull a log, you will get the message Not available on this platform
We don't (currently) have the ability to pull bios version/boardname, since everything is spoofed to look like apple.
cpu usage seems to lock (does this happen on linux too?)

Other notes:

Why does the manufacturer function return a string and not a boolean?
Where/how do we package ectool?

We shouldn't add WIP features. Mark ready when its done

We can't really do more than this at the moment (or at all). Some features can't be added and need to be hidden in the frontend which is something I don't work on

It's a new platform so you get to decide.

The most user friendly option is to package it with the app, is this possible?

Actually I don't think this would be possible. Macos has funny security requirements so the user would need to manually allow it, and I guess place it in the bin folder, assuming macos allows that
