Better Android support: scale interface to full viewport width & height #301

Hi there,

In Firefox for Android, the browserAction panel for MarkDownload looks like this:

MarkDownload_browserAction_Android_interface

For more convenient usage and thick fingers, it would be nice if the MarkDownload interface could scale to use the full width and height available.
