Fix #340 - Whitespace issues while saving

• Core issue is the trailing whitespace as described in #340
• Collapsed repeating whitespace inside the title as it probably makes more sense to collapse it as that's how HTML works in general.
• Changed a const to let, as there was an error when reassigned a value to the const when trying to append a / to destPath on save
