Set Kennedy as default UI theme #120

I'm trying to set Kennedy as default UI theme

I'm able to modify and set Kennedy UI using settings ->Diagram Theme -> select Kennedy. However, this modification is not permanent. The next time I open my notebook, the theme is set to min. Could you please guide me on how to modify the default theme?
