Enable full configuration with rjsf #23

Elevator Pitch

We should figure out a way to hoist plugin.json to a more usable UI.

Motivation

The various drawio configuration space is large. Since we've taken the time to document them in plugin.json, we should get more value out of it.

Design Ideas

have a (dismissable) sidebar
use https://www.npmjs.com/package/@deathbeds/jupyterlab-rjsf
tests
update schema with more descriptions
update from canonical upstream (haven't checked in several versions)
- potentially put this under test?
