Changes

• [x] add some custom metadata for layers
• [x] add example notebook
• [x] add a metadata editor for layer type
• [x] add a report website which should get pushed to github pages on merge to main

Future Work

• This only supports full cells, and is only tested with markdown
  • a future dedicated PR would better handle code cells, as they would independently use existing nbconvert/etc tags to inform whether source would be shown
