Add tests with robotframework-jupyterlibrary

Elevator Pitch

Much of the behavior needs a full environment to validate. Using robotframework-jupyterlibrary would be a good plan.

Challenges

Bit of a yakshave here:

• would like to use robotframework-jupyterlibrary
  • but it has some issues https://github.com/robots-from-jupyter/robotframework-jupyterlibrary/issues/59
  • but fixing the CI, etc. needs new locks
    • and needs the latest conda-lock, but that dropped today, and we've been busy building features :blush:
