Emulating the JupyterLab core package pattern of thingy and thingy-extension is a little pointless for Jyve as these things aren't going to live outside of Lab for the foreseeable future.
Bringing together all of the greatly simplifies the build, removing any non-standard commands or un-conda-installable dependencies, and doesn't cause a ballooning of build size, so it's pretty much a win all around.
Also taking this opportunity to put some more sane names in, some of them will be reusing existing ones, so there might be some semver breakage...
