i wish i could have gotten further for today

the goal for this branch is to get to a minimum viable pidgy. that means we'll remove a lot of things like interactivity and lisp support. we'll add those things back in after the least components are added with target literate computing/programming. we'll concern ourselves with: tangling, weaving, and testing code.

the parts that matter are:

• the markdown it parser
• emoji support (transclusion, completion), seriously i think this is important
• pidgy notebooks and markdown files should be real deal code.
• the magics are important for out of pidgy kernel use
• testing is required because literate programs are good places to write tests, lets elevate that.
