Windows, instagram-py not a command + __main__ module is not found in instagram-py #45

I'm using windows, was able to install instagram-py. I don't know the equivalent commands from README.md for Windows, so I can't instagram-py --cc and neither can I do python instagram-py --cc and similar things. I don't know what the equivalent for vim and tor is either, help please.
