Better ammo customization in siege classes #13

Currently the only ammo customization is by using the classflag CFL_SINGLE_ROCKET to give one rocket. It would be good to customize the exact amount of ammo for each ammo type. For example:

ammo_rockets     1

should affect the same change as

classflags     CFL_SINGLEROCKET
