Manual siege teams override #15

Would be nice to have a cvar to manually override siege teams. For example force Hoth to use Korriban classes. I believe there is already a cvar for this, but it's broken (or at least I couldn't figure out how to properly use it...)

Note: this could render some things that specify idealclass unusable. For example, if something can only be trigger/healed by Imperial Tech, it won't work if you change the classes. There should be a method to port over the new tech (or whatever class) name, or to simply force idealclass to work with the same class-type (tech, demo, etc) if custom siege team is set.

Note: should notify all players with console text, so they know that (1) classes are non-standard, and (2) what those classes/teams are.
