"Team King of the Hill" hold a region for some amount of time with greater number of players than other team. Timer ticks down if you have more players, but doesnt tick if you have equal or less players. Optional flag to make it return to maximum amount if nobody is in the region(i.e. everyone on your team died)
Bomb defusal might be possible if you can just stop a target_delay. Defusal trigger/hack would stop the delay and re-activate the planting hack. Maybe some sort of target_stopdelay?
