Option to permanently hide siege objective's icon #64

Currently, you are required to have an icon. If you want to use a blank icon, you have to use a dummy icon(this is what Oink did in Cargo).

Would be nice if you didn't have to do that.

Not really important. We already have the STARTOFFRADAR spawnflag, and for anyone who wants additional functionality, the dummy icon solution isn't much work.
