I brought back the teamvoting function from basejka in https://github.com/deathsythe47/base_entranced/issues/70, but the voting text (message on your screen that shows time left, number of votes) doesn't display for anyone if the server is running OpenJK engine (openjk dedicated server exe)

Added a workaround in 98ce6ac8540892f265a643d67c0cbe9a094c00bf by displaying vote messages on players' screens manually with g_openJKTeamVoteFix.

Seems to be an smod bug.
