• Lift laming (stronger restriction so you can't call the lift up at all) COMPLETED

Should have control over punishment, e.g. if /g_antiLaming is 1, then simply kill the lamer; if it's 2, then kick them from the server.

Desert obj skip thing doesn't really do anything, now that I noticed...because you can't open those doors until after the arena is down, and the obj skipping protection is removed once the arena is down.
