When "Proceed sync with anki" , "Delete" section be on top or second to "Create" section instead of last #226

I suppose it is usually the case for the user to have lots of existing cards while only a few newly created and delete cards, this arrangement makes more sense to view the diff to the existing deck. Otherwise user have to scroll endlessly down to the end to view "Delete section"
