Describe the solution you'd like Typing < makes the admonition enter popup appear, I'd like to have a choice for "extra" that would type #+BEGIN_EXTRA\n\n#+END_EXTRA

Describe how it will help your workflow I currently use this extra field for sources and it would be handier to type
