Getting the following popup (temporarily; it goes away after a moment)

The Ask ChatGPT button failed to mount.
You can still use the Ask ChatGPT command / shortcut to interact with the page.

It disappears and then you see

What action would you like to perform with the result from ChatGPT? Nothing in the log file that suggests why.

I have a same issue.

It says something like... "you can continue to use via the keyboard shortcut"

I guess that means the button would do whatever the keyboard shortcut is mapped to? Is that correct?
