Suggestion: Add exercise numbers as comments to the solutions

Hello @debasishg

Would you be open to adding exercise comments on the solutions? For example, for Exercise 4.2, I would add that comment over here https://github.com/debasishg/frdomain/blob/master/src/main/scala/frdomain/ch4/patterns/Account.scala#L46

I can do this if you like but it will take a while since I'm only on chapter 4 😝
