First PR attempt for #40

Note to be taken:

Renamed AccountRepository to AccountRepositoryInMemory, mistakenly because of auto-suggestions.
Applicative's ap method still not implemented.

Thanks .. I could not merge in the master as it would create a discrepancy with the text in the book. I merged it in a separate branch future-repository. Thanks again for the PR ..
